On the afternoon of March 30, 2020, Sinochem Energy convened the 14^th?Meeting of the 1^st?Board of Directors and the 2^rd?Provisional General Meeting of Shareholders for Year 2020 at Chemsunny World Trade Center, which were in the form of on-site attendance and video?conferencing. Both meetings were presided over by Chairman Mr. Yang?Hua. 11 Directors should be present with voting rights, and all of them made actual attendance. A total of seven shareholders and shareholder representatives attended the General Meeting of Shareholders, thereby representing 100% of gross share capital of Sinochem Energy. The aforementioned meetings were held in compliance with Company Law of the People's Republic of China and Articles of Association of Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd..
