Mr. Liu Yingbo, born in September 1984. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Xi’an Jiaotong University and a Master’s degree in Engineering from Peking University. He is an intermediate economist. Mr. Liu once worked as Sales Department Manager at the Guangdong Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC), Operations Management Department Manager of ICBC headquarters, and Deputy General Manager of the First Investment Business Department of ICBC Financial Assets Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Liu currently serves as Executive General Manager of the First Department of Investment Business of ICBC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. and Director of Hsino Tower Group Co., Ltd.
